Oh, hello!

It’s nice to meet you. I’m Erum. I am a wifey, a mommy, and a baker.

Keto Home Bakery was established in early 2019 after I realized the health benefits of a ketogenic lifestyle. I started the Ketogenic diet for weight loss in 2018 to get rid of the baby weight after the birth of my darling daughter. I lost almost 2 stones in 6 months, and I felt a positive change in my energy levels, fitness, and mood.

I decided not to go back to my old ways of consuming high-carb, high-sugar white bakery stuff and kept myself low-carb and sugar-free.

I always loved to bake, and I decided to explore baking keto-friendly baked goods. I couldn’t believe how delicious and guilt-free they were.

Soon, my family and friends get involved in my sugar-free and low-carb treats, and I love to bake for them.

After several months, I decided to open up Keto Home Bakery, and I am so happy to share these treats with you all and help you achieve your goal. Not everyone is a baker, not everyone has free time, and not everyone has tried experimenting with gluten-free flour, so let me do the work, and you can enjoy the sweet life with ease.
