Terms and conditions

1. Keto Home Bakery is a Halal home-based bakery in Bradford where we only do keto, low-carb, gluten-free, and paleo.
2. We only use organic ingredients for our baking. We make both savoury and sweet goodies using almond flour, coconut flour, seed flour, butter, eggs, nuts, milk, and natural sweeteners (erythritol and monk fruit)
3. We do offer collection Monday through Friday from Bradford, West Yorkshire (on an agreed time slot).
4. We only offer next-day special delivery, guaranteed. Which gets tracked the moment we post your parcel. You will get further notifications of your parcel either by email or text from the service provider. So you are in full control of your parcel.
5. We only ship orders three days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. We do not offer weekend deliveries.
6. We do not ship on national and bank holidays. If you have any requirement for holidays kindly contact beforehand.
7. Kindly ensure you are there to receive the delivery as it requires a signature. We do not offer any returns/replacements or refund if you were not there to receive your goodies. Always provide the address where you can receive your parcel.
8. We do pack all goodies with extra care and put extra instructions on boxes “to be handled with care” but due to the nature of bakery items, we can not guarantee that you will receive things in immaculate condition. This is the reason our products are non – refundable.
9. Everything is made to order so allow at least 7 to 10 days to process your order before it reaches you. Sometimes you can get them quickly depending on how busy we are.
10. Our goodies are handmade and without any preservatives so they are best served fresh. We do not offer any replacements or refunds if you miss your delivery.
11. We are not responsible for your missed delivery so do not contact us. In that case, you have to contact the courier service and collect your items from them. If you collect your goodies after 72h it’s recommended not to consume them.
12. The cakes and soft bakes do have a shelf life of 3 days in winter or can last in your fridge for 7 days or you can freeze them for 2 months in airtight bags. But best recommended to put it in the fridge on receipt.
13. You will get instructions for storage on every product label if they vary in nature.
14. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time.
