Black forest cake is a classic version of German chocolate cake comprises of moist chocolate cake layers filled with cherry liqueur called kirsch , cherries and whipped cream. Fortunately cherries in a fair amount are low carb so why not have  low carb version of this classic replacing the kirsch with cherries juicy liquid to make is halal guiltfree treat.

2 layers cake

8 inch diameter and 2 inch tall cake with

6 servings with just 2.5 g of carbs. 

The good thing about this cake is that you can keep it in the fridge for almost 7 days and it also freezes so well and still remain moist and soft when comes back to room temperature.
